About Coaching Sessions.

Hereinafter, when making or requesting a reservation, you agree by mutual agreement to start a coaching relationship in an online format via telephone or zoom service with the coach Liliana Franco; same that will have the duration and validity that you stipulate.

You understand the definitions of coaching and are aware that the coaching relationship you enter into is not a substitute for any medical treatment, therapy, prescription, consulting, tutoring, mentoring, training or advice. The coach will not be hired to solve specific personal or professional situations or problems; The coach will accompany the client in achieving goals and/or personal or business situations or problems.

Therefore, the coaching relationship is based on trust and begins with mutual agreement between both parties.

​If you do not show up on the agreed day and time without prior cancellation, the session is considered taken. Likewise, if you arrive significantly late, the session time will be the remainder of the agreed time.

Both You and the coach will keep confidential all the information discussed during the coaching sessions and it will be protected under the current privacy notice available on the website https://www.quieroplaticarcoaching.com​ see section "Privacy Notice". 

You agree to make payment for the service through the website https://www.quieroplaticarcoaching.com through PayPal, payment with any debit or credit card or by bank transfer to the business account Quiero platicar® Coaching.

About the "Intensive Coaching Course".

​

The "Intensive Coaching Course" is a training program approved by the STPS (Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare) of the CDMX Government with curricular value. By purchasing this service you represent and warrant that you have read and accept this information; likewise, they understand that Quiero Platicar® Coaching is an independent external trainer and is not a private or governmental School or University Institution. By purchasing this training, you mutually accept the program with its study agenda, corresponding content and established schedules. Likewise, you are aware that the "Intensive Coaching Course" is a training course that lasts 8 hours of study and that said program is not a certification course that supports you as a Professional Coach.

If you require training of this nature, you or the company representative who wishes to purchase the service may consult the product "Mexican Coaching Certification" developed for this purpose. 

By purchasing this product, you are aware that by accrediting the hours of the "Intensive Coaching Course", you will receive two proofs of study; one from Quiero platicar® Coaching and a second that corresponds to the DC3 format of the STPS. You declare and guarantee that you have read this information and that you are aware that in accordance with the legal provisions of the STPS of the CDMX Government, Quiero platicar® Coaching, as well as any other independent external trainer, will deliver the previously described study certificates that indicate that the participant has completed the "Intensive Coaching Course" of 8 hours, which has curricular value, which is approved by the STPS of the CDMX Government and which accredits him to implement the Coaching methodology in his life personal and labor. 

Quiero platicar® Coaching, like any other independent external trainer, may not use official logos of the Federal Government and/or CDMX when issuing their study certificates.

About the "Mexican Coaching Certification". 

​

The "Mexican Coaching Certification" is a training program based on the EC0204 Competency Standard (Execution of Coaching Sessions) approved by the CONOCER (National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies) and the SEP (Secretary of Public Education) , which guarantees its relevance and validity before the productive, educational, social, economic and government sectors of the Country. By purchasing this service you represent and warrant that you have read and accept this information; likewise, they understand that Quiero Platicar® Coaching is an independent external trainer and is not a private or governmental School or University Institution.

 

By purchasing this service, you are aware that in accordance with the legal provisions of the SEP and CONOCER, Quiero platicar® Coaching, as an independent external trainer, will provide proof of study of Quiero platicar® Coaching, which indicates that the participant has certified as a Professional Coach; that he has completed a 40-hour program and that said program is based on the EC0204 Competency Standard (Execution of Coaching Sessions) approved by CONOCER and the SEP, which accredits him to put into practice the coaching methodology to work level or in your own business. You are aware that it is prohibited to alter, copy or reproduce your study record.

 

Quiero platicar® Coaching, like any other independent external trainer, may not use official logos of the Federal Government, CONOCER or SEP when issuing its study certificates.

 

The fact that you complete the "Mexican Coaching Certification" training program does not guarantee you passing your CONOCER evaluation with the Evaluation Center and/or Independent Evaluator authorized to obtain the EC0204 Competency Standard (Execution of Coaching Sessions). You must study and comply with the corresponding requirements to integrate your file and pass said evaluation. Once you are competent, you will obtain your EC0204 Competency Standard (Execution of Coaching Sessions) issued by CONOCER/SEP valid in Mexico, Colombia, Perú and Chile according to the AP (Pacific Alliance). The certificate delivery time is 3 months, the format is digital and later you can consult your registration in the RENAP (National Registry of People with Certified Skills).

If the evaluation is not accredited, you are aware that you can submit it again by paying $5,000 pesos MXN not included in the initial cost.

 

By purchasing this service, you are aware that the "Mexican Coaching Certification" program is a training course and is not equivalent to a diploma or a university professional degree. At the same time, you understand that you will not be taking this Certification program directly at the CONOCER or SEP Facilities but with an external trainer: Quiero platicar® Coaching (registered trademark) that is independent of said Institutions. You can consult the course registration form directly in the RENAC (National Registry of Training Courses Based on Competency Standards) at the following link: http://148.244.170.140/templates/conocer/renac.html and you must review it beforehand the subjects and study hours.

About Coaching Sessions in Transferable Skills.

​

Hereinafter, when carrying out or requesting any of the transferable skills coaching session programs, you agree by mutual agreement to start a coaching relationship in an online format through the zoom service with the coach Liliana Franco; same that will last 12 hours.

You understand the definitions of coaching and are aware that the coaching relationship you enter into is not a substitute for any medical treatment, therapy, prescription, consulting, tutoring, mentoring, training or advice. The coach will not be hired to solve specific personal or professional situations or problems; You understand that these Transferable Skills coaching programs are coaching sessions where you will study and practice important skills of your professional performance. 

Therefore, the coaching relationship is based on trust and begins with mutual agreement between both parties.
